1.28.08 | Last year Moody's Corporation signed a 20-year lease at the 52-story, 1.7-million-sq.-ft. World Trade Center in downtown Manhattan. This was the largest lease signed in Manhattan in 2006, the year the building opened. The company's total commitment at 7 World Trade Center represents 670,000 sq. ft. across 17 floors, an inviting plum for the interiors industry.
